CICLLR is a medical center that work in the field of limb lengthening and bone deformity correction of either babies, children or adults.

Limb lengthening is indicated either cosmetically or to treat a pathological medical condition. It is used to increase height in short stature persons and or achondroplastic dwarf.

Many pathological conditions can now be treated successfully using limb lengthening and deformity correction technique. These conditions are either congenital anomalies as: Fibular and tibial hemimelia, PFFD ( proximal focal femoral deficiency ) or congenital short femur and congenital pseudo arthrosis of tibia or femur. Also, club foot problem which is now solved without surgery using ponseti method. From the other side, many other orthopedic and trauma problems could be solved successfully using external fixators as Ilizarov , Taylor spatial frame, Orthofix and others. Some of these conditions are: intra and juxta articular fractures. This means the fractures which are inside the joint as the knee, ankle and elbow joints or just close to them. This make the internal fixation is not suitable and risky. Also, it can solve many problems as non union of fractures, delayed union and mal union. This mean it can solve the problem of any fracture united in a wrong direction.
